El número ocho de la calle del Acuerdo, en el mítico barrio de Malasaña,
lo que un día fue colegio de monjas y luego un tal Leopoldo compró para especular, 
desautorizando así su uso público para un barrio necesitado de alternativas lúdico-sociales, se levanta en la actualidad, el centro social autogestionado patio maravillas.


Tras dos años de convivencia plena con l@s vecin@s. éstos y usuari@s 
dan su opinión sobre el patio maravillas y el porque de un lugar así 
en una ciudad invivible pero insustituible.
