hi, just wanted to let any new + up-and-coming moving image makers, students + graduates know a brilliant opportunity to get their ideas commissioned and seen around the world.
onedotzero and mtv have launched a global commission competition, called bloom. a search to find the best new innovative talent and to commission a series of 1 minute films that explore identity and community. submit a creative treatment and work samples by 31 january 2007.
